CHAIRMAN, a Technocrat whose pedigree in boardroom management and administration is unmatched, oversees and ensures the overall smooth running of DISC in line with its vision and mission. 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of DISC is constituted by distinguished individuals from the private and public sector (retired public servants) who have had experiences in Satellite communication system, ICT and Telecommunications sector both locally and internationally.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ED) TECHNICAL OPERATIONS, who holds a degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering and Masters in Business Administration, is saddled with the supervision of Technical operations of the company. A seasoned ICT expert with cumulative experience of over 20years in the Telecommunication / IT sector. In addition, he possess relevant professional certification and a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers – MNSE

 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ED) FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION, who holds a degree in Accounting and a chartered seasoned accountant is saddled with the day-to-day human Resources management and finance administration. A seasoned financial expert with cumulative experience of over 10years in the financial sector.

 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ED) MARKETING & STRATEGY, who holds a degree in Statistics, Masters in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is saddled with the marketing, strategies and new business development. A seasoned client relation expert with cumulative experience of over 16years in marketing, financial and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sectors respectively.

DIRECTOR, TECHNICAL(Satellite & DTH), holds a degree in Applied Arts and Technology, Master Degree in Computer Technology & Micro Processing, is in charge of the design and implementation of satellite broadcast, DTH and other associated system of DISC. A seasoned broadcast expert and satellite broadcast project manager with cumulative experience of over 20years in the broadcast / IT industry especially in Turnkey satellite broadcast engineering company, DTH Play-Out-Stations, content development and management, scrambling technology, strategic satellite broadcast product marketing, capacity building spanning Europe, America, Canada and Africa. Worked as Project Engineer, Grass Valley Group (Video Systems Division of Delta-System, Video System Engineer: The Global Television Network”, Toronto, Canada, Senior Project Manager, BFE Studio und Medien Systeme GmbH (a Siemens Company)
